The JB-IBS equipment is specially designed for the disinfection of caps at the end of the hot-filling production line. The motor reducer controls a special conveyor chain by the sprocket drive, so that the packaging container can be bottled on-line during delivery to achieve the required bottle cap disinfection time, and then automatically stand upright, so as to achieve sterilization. The device has a vibration function to completely eliminate air bubbles in the bottle mouth. The conveyer can be customized. The design and configuration can also be customized based on the production yield or sterilization time.
